Introduction

Inner Mongolia Yili Industrial Group Co., Ltd. has been providing healthy and nutritious dairy products to consumers. It is the largest dairy enterprise with the most complete product line in China and the only one in China that meets the standards of both the Olympic Games and the World Expo and has successively provided dairy products for the Olympic Games and the World Expo.

History

In 1956, the Huhhot Hui District set up a cattle cooperative group.

In 1958, it was renamed "Hushi Hui District Cooperative Dairy Farm", with 1,160 cows, 700 kilograms of milk per day and 117 employees. It was the predecessor of Erie.

In February 1993, Hushi Hui milk food processing plant restructuring. The restructuring was initiated by 21 initiators, and yili Group was established by means of targeted fund-raising by absorbing other legal persons and internal employees to become shareholders.

On June 14, 1993, it was renamed Inner Mongolia Yili Industrial Co., LTD.

In July 1993, Yili Cold Beverage Business Division was established.

On March 12, 1996, yili Stock was listed in Shanghai Stock Exchange, becoming the first A-share listed company in China's dairy industry.

In 1999, the first liquid milk business division of China dairy was established.

In July 2005, yogurt Business Division was established.

In 2010, Yili Group upgraded its brand and announced a new logo, brand proposition and corporate vision.

In 2013, the New Zealand production line project was approved, and the strategic cooperation was reached with the Italian dairy company.

In 2014, Yili European R&d Center was established and Yili Oceania production base was inaugurated.

Business

Yili shares is mainly engaged in the processing, manufacturing and sales of milk and dairy products. It owns several product series such as liquid milk, milk beverage, milk powder, frozen beverage and yogurt.

At present, Yili mainly has four business divisions: liquid milk Division, cryogenic yogurt Division, milk powder Division and cold drinks Division.

From the perspective of its main business, Yili's main revenue comes from liquid milk, accounting for 83.5% in 2017. Liquid milk includes amoxi, Jindian organic milk, QQ Star, plant selection, Changyi 100%, Shuhua, delicious taste, more grains, yogurt, pure milk, walnut milk and student milk.

And milk powder has golden collar crown, Yili infant formula, Tofil, Xinhuo, Peiran, milk tablets, milk tea powder and other categories.

Yoghurt is free and light, each yitian, strong taste, Yixiao, QQ star, large fruit and paritee and other categories.

Cold drinks include many categories such as Zhen Thin, fun, Yili ranch, Yili Torch, ice factory and so on.

According to the annual report of the company in 2018, the revenue of the company was 7,897,6.3887 million yuan, and the revenue of liquid milk and dairy products manufacturing industry, the company's main business, was 7,872,026,100 yuan, accounting for 99.68%, among which liquid milk accounted for 83.16% of the total revenue, making it the main revenue source of the company.
